The NxtGen Pathways: Careers Expo is a community-led event designed to help young people explore careers, mindset, money, skills and personal growth — all in one place. This is not a typical careers fair. It is a space to think bigger, ask questions, and gain clarity about the future.
Delivered in partnership with Higher Ground, Hockwell Ring Masjid, Inspire FM, and The Education Centre by EAE, alongside local professionals volunteering their expertise.

- Career & Industry Stalls: Meet professionals, entrepreneurs and skilled workers from diverse fields
- Workshops & Career Clinics: Practical sessions on confidence, pathways, money mindset and skills
- TED-Style Talks: Honest, inspiring talks from relatable local role models
Who Is It For?
Young people aged 14–25, students, young adults seeking direction, and parents or mentors supporting them.
This is a first-of-its-kind event built for the community, by the community.
